TALLAHASSEE NORTHWOOD REDEVELOPMENT

Dixie Sitework and Utilities is leading the site development for the Northwood Redevelopment project for the new Tallahassee Police Department Headquarters, a multi-phase project spanning 30 acres.

The first phase includes the construction of a central boulevard roadway with a roundabout, requiring grading, limerock installation, asphalt paving and the installation of sanitary sewer mainlines, water mains and a stormwater conveyance system. Phase two focuses on developing a stormwater management facility to support the site’s long-term drainage needs.

In the final phase, site infrastructure will support multiple buildings for the new headquarters, ensuring the department has a strong foundation for future operations.
