CRAWFORDVILLE RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISIONS

Dixie Sitework and Utilities is helping shape the expanding residential landscape in Crawfordville, Fla., with three major subdivision projects, delivering essential infrastructure for hundreds of future homes.

Wesley Residential Subdivision

Spanning 100 acres and 325 residential units, the Wesley subdivision is a three-phase development requiring extensive site preparation. Work includes land clearing, roadway grading, and the installation of limerock base, concrete curbs, sidewalks and a roundabout. The project also involves constructing a stormwater management facility, installing water and sewer mainlines and services, and completing a sanitary sewer lift station before final roadway paving.

Summerfield Residential Subdivision

This 46-acre, 96-lot community is a two-phase project with full-scale site development. Dixie Sitework and Utilities is responsible for clearing and grading the land, installing essential infrastructure including stormwater and sanitary sewer systems, and completing all roadway elements such as curbs, sidewalks and asphalt paving. In addition to the subdivision, Dixie realigned the adjacent county road and constructed a roundabout.

Palmetto Phase 1 & 2 Subdivision

Covering 73 acres with 126 residential lots, the Palmetto subdivision includes immense sitework and utility infrastructure. This two-phase development requires clearing and grading, stormwater system construction, and the installation of critical water and sewer services. The project also includes the construction, curbs, sidewalks, and asphalt-paved roadways to support the growing neighborhood. While we were building the subdivision, we also constructed a regional sanitary sewer station and forcemain for Wakulla County.
