CRAWFORDVILLE RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISIONS
Dixie Sitework and Utilities is delivering essential site development for three Crawfordville residential subdivisions—Wesley, Summerfield and Palmetto—totaling over 600 acres and 745 homes with full roadway, stormwater, water and sewer infrastructure.

REGIONAL SANITARY SEWER LIFT STATION
Dixie Sitework and Utilities completed the $4.7 million investment by Wakulla County to improve their Lift Station 76 project, installing 6,400LF of 16-inch PVC pipe, 15,000LF of 20-inch PVC force main, and a regional sanitary sewer lift station.


TALLAHASSEE NORTHWOOD REDEVELOPMENT
Dixie Sitework and Utilities is leading the 30-acre site development for the new Tallahassee Police Department Headquarters, including roadway construction, stormwater management and infrastructure for multiple buildings.

FLORIDA STATE UNIVERSITY STUDENT UNION
Excavating 140,000 cubic yards, installing underground utilities and setting up Tallahassee’s deepest lift stations—Dixie Sitework and Utilities helped lay the foundation for FSU’s new 269,000 square foot Student Union.
